Reading back, I see that the plan is to move it over to /contrib, versus a 
totally seperate project.   That seems more doable, and I'll see if I can take 
a whack at that for 8.8 or 9!   If we move it to a /contrib project, then it 
isn't actually "Deprecated" right?   It just isn't available to Solr without 
you adding it explicitly, correct?
