Review Comment:
   Why do we need interop between Geography and Geometry?  I assume we have 
just have a class for each.

Review Comment:
   Wondering if we want to support predicate pruning in the first phase?  
Slightly prefer a separate pr, as I feel 80% of the changes is to support 
those, whereas we want to get the API right.   cc @rdblue
