Not exactly. lists.a.o is hosted by a 3rd party.

Also there are a few restricted lists and mail aliases that are not
published to lists.a.o

Lists.a.o is not under our control.

However there is a separate mbox VM which is under ASF control, and
which includes all lists and aliases that are archived.
