No, not a good idea.
For one, there simply isn't a market for such hardware. Beside, as a
second reason, DOS istself isn't graphics based, graphics drivers have
always been the responsibility of the application that is using
graphics. With the exception of trying to level the field a bit by
introducing the VESA standard. But that was hardly ever used for games...
