Patch Set 5: I added <set-property-fallback name="locale" value="en" /> to the WebAdmin and User portal gwt xml files. And I changed the gwt.locale back to 'default' in frontend/webadmin/modules/pom.xml I have tested this already with the following scenario and it worked: 1. Default browser locale = English. Page loaded in English. 2. Default browser locale = unsupported. Page loaded in English. 3. Default browser locale = French.
