Yes, you ignored it, along with all subsequent objections, and continued hacking. You also obviously do not consider this branch to be a proposal, since otherwise you would have agreed to move it to the sandbox long ago.
In case you are interested (I suppose not), I am not in favor of the latest virtual CL loader, since this sort of feature allows users to very easily bypass proper webapp packaging, which will make webapps not portable and will create CL issues.
