Do not restart !   LOL.

I just tested Steam on Fedora and steam works well.

Tomorrow I will try Debian Bookworm again and see if any updates have fixed the 
issue. I will post back if it starts working.

(PS: I have tried three Debian Bookworm computers, one XFCE and two KDE, all 
fail to load Steam)
