Any use Steam? We do. About an hour ago, I was using steam to play a game and all was working well. Then a member of the family reported that they were unable to load Steam. We tested on another (third) computer, and as Steam started, it checks for updates and then never loaded. I then exited steam on my computer and ran steam again. It started to load, check and started updates, and then failed to load. When I run Steam from the command line, I get the following messages. I am posting this hoping it may help others. And hoping if anyone else has issues that you let me know. My hope is that this is a bug for a Steam managed update, and they will soon fix the issue so starting test once more will run an update and fix the issue. I hope to check steam forums soon. We run Debian Bookworm on AMD graphics cards, in XFCE and in KDE (tried both Wayland and X11). All computers have latest Debian updates installed.
