Having to handle the documentation of journald would mean giving up on the documentation of anything else, due to its complexity and how it has nothing in common with other logging daemons. So the only way it could be handled by the Logging Team is if someone joins the team with this explicit goal, and work on that whemselves. Until such a person makes themselves known, you can assume that journald is excluded from our scope.
