I am using apt-get as a frontend to dpkg as well ;-) But apt and
aptitude are totally compatible.

To generate the list:
aptitude search '~S ~i (~O"Unofficial Multimedia Packages")'

To remove the packages:
aptitude remove '~S ~i (~O"Unofficial Multimedia Packages")'

Comment multimedia from sources.list
Run apt-get update && apt-get install moc-ffmpeg-plugin

AFAIK you can get most of Chistian's pool directly from Debian.
