Hi Elimar, Quoting "Elimar Riesebieter" <riese...@lxtec.de>:
doing an upgrade against deb http://www.debian-multimedia.org sid main non-free installed moc relevant packages as follows: ii libaacplus2 2.0.2-0.2 ii libavcodec53 5:0.10.2-0.0 ii libavformat53 5:0.10.2-0.0 ii libavutil51 5:0.10.2-0.0 ii libfaac0 1.28-0.7 ii libmp3lame0 1:3.99.5-0.0 ii libpostproc52 5:0.10.2-0.0 ii libswscale2 5:0.10.2-0.0 ii libx264-120 3:0.120.2164+gitda19765-0.0 ii libx264-122 3:0.122.2184+git5c85e0a-0.0 ii libxvidcore4 3:1.3.2-0.4
As mentioned earlier, my system is testing, last updated yesterday. I compared the above list with the corresponding list on my notebook using apt-cache policy. The differences are as follows: ii libavcodec53 5:0.10.2-0.0 <-> 5:0.10-0.1 !!!!! ii libavformat53 5:0.10.2-0.0 <-> 5:0.10-0.1 !!!!! ii libavutil51 5:0.10.2-0.0 <-> 5:0.10-0.1 !!!!! ii libpostproc52 5:0.10.2-0.0 <-> 5:0.10-0.1 !!!!! ii libswscale2 5:0.10.2-0.0 <-> 5:0.10-0.1 !!!!! and: ii libx264-122 3:0.122.2184+git5c85e0a-0.0 <-> not installed
running $ mocp -O "PreferredDecoders+=mp3(mp3)"
works perfectly :-)))
$ mocp -O "PreferredDecoders+=mp3(ffmpeg)"
does not work, but gives the "Error in the stream!" message again. Would it be worth while removing the discrapancies with sid upgrading the differing libs manually?
