Heh, what is this supposed to solve? If you need to just access access
to archive.debian.org -- this should work out of the box.

If you need to do that via /debian redirection, then I must ask: WHY?
WHY redirect to a single mirror and then the one not supposed to be part
of daily mirror networks?
