It's your the attitude that's the problem.  Why can you not document
known deficiencies to prevent a (demonstrably large) number of people
from failing to send in proper votes.

Which, of course, were proper in the previous setup yet the change was
not documented.  Yet you insists that's ok. It's laughable.
