It did not. It said signature not found, which was misleading as I
used software *that was known to work previously* for the same task.
Why is it so hard for you to add two lines saying 'listen up this
ballot has 8bit chars, ensure yoru mailer can cope when used with gpg
and least these $N MUAs foo, bar, fiz [, ...] are known to be
deficiient'.
Instead of skirting the issues for the tenth time, please tell why you
cannot add such a heads-up.
