        The bug lies in the software you use.

        The voting system software has nothing to do with it. The
 errors come from gpg realizing that the ballot you sent in was
 corrupt.

        Stop sending in corrupt ballots.

  The setup is not borked.  Sending in a non mangled ballot works
  fine.

        If it scratches your itch to document which mailers can send
 standards compliant mail, feel free.  Not something I particularly
 feel like doing.

        I have no desire to molly coddle people and instruct them in
 how to use a modern MUA.
