I have already tried launching Cinnamon Control Center from the terminal
with the command cinnamon-settings but it still won't load.
And yes it does complain of some missing libraries which were the ones you
mentioned. I no longer have the Cinnamon Desktop because I had to remove it
because of this problem. I replaced it with the Mate Desktop. Which I am
happy with.

But I did test it out again in the Debian Trixie Live CD and the problem is
still there. I understand that Debian Trixie is to be released soon with
Cinnamon 6.4.1. Which is going to be a problem if the bug in the Cinnamon
Control Center is not fixed. Because Cinnamon depends on the Control center
which is not working and won't load.
