I won't worry too much. As long as BMC knows that you have an upgrade path and you are up on you are current on your maintenance it's not like they will just not take your call and help you out.

Currently we are on version 7.5 which is scheduled for end of life 2nd qtr. 2013 I think. While trying to get a project moving and get the system upgraded I have found that we may not be given/granted all of the tools we need to make the move successfully. With that being said, has anyone dealt with BMC and falling out of support completely? This is something I haven't had to deal with in the past and if it comes down to it I am just wondering if any other customers have had to deal with this and what to expect.
