I have set a fields’ default value on a form. When I open the form from the Objects List, the default value is as defined in the form. When I open the form using the Service Request Console and the link as defined by the SRD, the field value is then empty. I ran an ACTL and Filter log and nothing in the log is clearing this field.
Do I need to define this in the AOT or PDT? If so, does anyone know where?
