Yes, Software Tool House Inc will be at the WW RUG this year. We'll be giving two technical talks. We'll also have a vendor booth. Both technical talks will have live demonstrations. One will show you how to automate an import in record time with no staging forms and no workflow. A single spreadsheet will create CIs in various classes, associated them to people, and built relationships to other CIs. The second will feature a live ITSM 6 to ITSM 7.6 Ticket Migration.
