My understanding is that only the first 5 flashboards that are created or exist on the system, will be available to view. If you create a 6th flashboard, you will need to delete one of the first 5 in order to use the 6th and restart your web server or ARServer as well. I am not sure what needs to be restarted to reset the counts. I don't think it has anything to do with how many times a working flashboard has been viewed. I think OOTB ITSM 7 has more than 5 flashboards configured.
