Tina,
If you restart your web server then the count resets. After that, if anyone opens a form with a flashboard on it then as the flashboard displays the flashboard count will increment. When 5 flashboards have been displayed then an attempt to view a 6th will give the message you see. You can control this by restarting the web server then immediately opening the five flashboards you want users to see. Based on the BMC Documentation, it says: "If you try to view more than five flashboards with an unlicensed BMC Remedy Flashboards product, you will receive an error message to let you know that you have exceeded the maximum number of flashboards allowed." I'm getting "ARERR 3608:You have exceeded the allowed usage of Flashboards. Please obtain a license if you wish to continue using Flashboards." after only viewing the third flashboard and this happens when there were more than 5 concurrent users in the server. So it could be both factors but I need to get that verified. I just observed that I don't get the error in another environment (I'm currently the only user) when I view the flashboards. Can anyone clarify why this scenario happens to me? Thank!
