Just like Helmut, I had no problem with file upload on 2 projects : one with Trinidad 1.2+Tomahawk (using Tomahawk upload), the other with Trinidad 2 Sorry jitechno I had a quick look at your code, but didn't see the problem (I'm not really familiar with netbeans and ant, though. Just looked your source)
