That sounds like multiple unrelated issues so please be sure to log new bugs about everything that is not directly related to "System boot very slow". And photos are always helpful.
If you think it's wifi slowing down the boot procedure then check Settings to make sure you don't have any saved wifi configurations. While 22.04 is supported, frankly 24.04 is better supported so that's the release I would recommend. Please avoid ever installing any NVIDIA*.run files because they are unsupported and will cause new bugs in Ubuntu.
