The lspci output is at the attachment. I think this bug is not on all ICH7 Systems on a Laptop (see above) with ICH7 ans SATA but 915GM Chipset and 82801FB SATA Controller I don not have this trouble. On my "buggy" system there is a 320GB drive at the working laptop only 40GB drive.
