There seems to be quite a lot of negativity around this bug. At the moment, this bug is marked as affecting ~180 people. When you consider that, plus the fact that the problem appears to be upstream, why is there so much surprise that the issue hasn't been fixed yet?
If you want more attention to be brought to it, ask people you know to mark this bug as affecting them too; don't rant in the comments - it benefits no-one. Remember that unless you have a support contract with Canonical, you're getting an awful lot of software for free and the software you receive is not commercial, and has no warranty. How many of the rants on this bug say, 'this affects me, so what can I do to help out?'. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/387308 Title: HTTPS Proxy Support for file sync -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
