essential component if one plans to use UDF in flash devices and hard

It was stable at 54Mb/s in 9.10, today I reinstalled with 10.04-beta1
(fully updated) and it mostly stays at 1Mb/s but some times goes up to
18.. for some seconds it even reaches 54Mb/s, but then it falls down to
1Mb/s again.

Karmic's livecd worked fine, fixed at 54Mb/s... but now Lucid is doing
well too o_O
