for a full week, and did not experience a single crash. Right now I
cannot revert to the old driver, as I have for the moment switched to
Fedora 10. However, on Fedora I haven't experienced such a crash either,
using Xserver 1.

I tried to trigger this bug again so I could trace the crash, but now
Rhythmbox doesn't crash anymore. The problem is still there though, as
when rhythmbox would crash one month ago, it now just keeps on playing,
uncontrollable.

reproducable:
Action: press ALT+PRTSCR / run "gnome-screenshot -w" from the terminal
Result: a screenshot is taken from the active window (as desirable)

It's a fresh install, but I did import mails and settings through the
backup plugin (exported and imported it through the item in menu File).
But I did not re-use the .evolution folder + gnome-settings.

This doesn't seem to be a migration/corruption problem after all, as
creating a fresh test user and sending a mail results in exactly the
same error (actually I forgot to mention a preceding message in the bug
report: "Saving 1/1 dirty records of Sent").
