Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xserver-xorg

After working a while, the Xserver sometimes hangs with following errors
spammed in the Xorg.log:
[mi] EQ overflowing. The server is probably stuck in an infinite loop.
[mi] mieqEnequeue: out-of-order valuator event; dropping.

When such an error occurs, my music just keeps on playing, the mouse
moves too, but all other activity is prohibited. I need to disconnect my
PS2 keyboard (due to unresponsive), connect it to the USB port, and
execute the magic SEIUB keystrokes to safely reboot.

The error has been reported by other people at the ubuntu fora:
http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=5875714

System details:
Ubuntu Intrepid, fully updated
ii xserver-xorg 1:7.4~2ubuntu4

1:6.9.0+git20080826.a3cc1d7a-2ubuntu3 X.Org X server -- ATI display driver

No .crash file is generated, as the xserver doesn't crashes, but only
loops at a certain level.
