I made a fake screenshot to demonstrate the problem. It's pretty
straightforward, really: there is a 4cm black margin on the left of the
screen, as demonstrated on the picture...

Thanks for the information.
However, this bug is not fixed at all. So, either this bug or
http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=19976 should be re-
opened.

Hi,
I've just upgraded to karmic and, while I had perfect sound in dosbox
0.73 on Jaunty, now I have crackling sound with the same dosbox 0.73.
I tried different libsdl outputs and I found out that libsdl-pulseaudio
is actually way better for me than libsdl-esd. Esd output is more

Actually I was wrong, the email icon and the mail counts never change,
even if the email is in the inbox. Maybe there are just random cases

By the way, I tried with both the Humanity icon theme and the GNOME icon
theme.

I also have this bug on Karmic Koala, and what's strange is that loading
the subtitles file after the video has already started works perfectly.
But if the srt file name matches the video file name, it is loaded
automatically and Totem hangs forever.

Totem hangs while loading a video with .srt
I too confirm that this bug is present in an up to date Karmic. And I
don't even have a ~/.fonts.conf file. I only have this bug in Firefox
though, not in OpenOffice.
PS: I have an intel i810 video card, if that helps.
