Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: network-manager

I've just upgraded to gutsy and noticed a problem with NetworkManager
and my D-Link DWL-G650+ PCMCIA wireless adapter using Ndiswrapper.

>From times to times, NetworkManager just doesn't want to start. If I try
to start it manually (using sudo NetworkManager), I get a crash once NM
finds a network. But I noticed that this only happens if
/sbin/wpa_supplicant is already running before I launch NetworkManager.
So, I simply did a 'sudo killall /sbin/wpa_supplicant' before launching
NetworkManager, and it worked perfectly.

So, it seems that if wpa_supplicant is already running before
NetworkManager is launched (no clue why this happens, by the way), NM
will crash whenever it finds a network.

Thanks in advance for your help.
