Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: transmission

In Ubuntu Jaunty, there is a new feature in transmission: you can
configure whether Transmission should prevent you from suspending if
there is any active torrent. this works great if you activate this
feature.

However, if you chose NOT to prevent the computer from being suspending
when there is an active torrent, then try to suspend the PC, it will
fail: the PC will remain frozen.

I tried to pause the torrent just before I suspended my PC, and it
worked each time. But if I don't pause the torrent, then suspend the PC,
it will just freeze and never actually suspend.

** Affects: transmission (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
