I have been watching the Network Manager applet after suspend and seeing

and then I get the lock screen again, presumably it's respawned. My

It still happens to me 5+ times a week, and on two different laptops
(both Lenovo X230). Sometimes it just hangs - most recently today the

This is happening to me on 12.04. It was installed as 12.04, and I know
Online Accounts was visible, so it's changed during a package update
some time in the last few months.

Currently it's not clear exactly how or if this hybrid graphics config
can be enabled. Since the xorg.conf should not be required, I'll close
this as invalid.

usb-creator-gtk consistently fails with return code 139

I habitually run as:
sudo usb-creator-gtk -n -i
Perhaps 2 out of 3 times it fails with no message but return code 139.
This started happening with natty, and continues with oneiric.
Occasionally it fails with return code 1, in which case the stick
appears good if I 'sync' b
