Oh, absolutely. I have not been able to see flash on any site in either 9.04 or now 9.10. I have executed every command in various remedy strings. Usually they just tell you to add mplayer and medibuntu non free etc. I have the libraries etc. I have adobe flash and pdf, but when I try to reload flash from the adobe website, it won't because it says I already have a newer version (than the adobe site?). here are some remedies I have tried:
