I appear to have fixed the problem on my system -- by reinstalling lib6 and

Not a lot of success with this. There appear to be no debug symbols for
libgudev-1.0.0, or more to the point devicekit-power-daemon itself.
The daemon crashes after it tries to read the battery state with:
- No updates on supply
/org/freedesktop/DeviceKit/Power/devices/battery_BAT0 for 30 second
While one would expect the debug symbols to be part of the parent
package-dbgsym, (udev-dbgsym for libgudev-debugsym, and devicekit-power-
debugsym for devicekit-power-daemon, gdb still says there are no debug
symbols installed.
I ran gdb with
sudo gdb /usr/lib/devicekit-power/devkit-power-daemon
Results of further testing (with very bleeding edge kernel and xorg-
edgers PPA) appear to show the problem satisfactorily resolved.

I still get a Segmentation Fault when running gnome-language-selector on an
AC100 armhf, with updates applied as of 8 March 2012.
Remove/reinstall of language-selector-gnome does not fix the issue, and also
pulls in several large packages of Thai, Khmer, Lao and Korean fonts that
perhaps should

What the user sees:
Track plays normally: 'Highway Star'
Track ends- there is a 1 second break in stream, then a new notification for
the 'commercial break' 'soon - 3281' is shown, and the break starts to play.

The correct fix for this in Natty is this:
echo lirc > /sys/class/rc/rc0/protocols
