I can confirm this bug with 0.14.3. Karmic will contain 0.14.4, which has been converted to the GTK printing API rather than Gnomeprint. I have successfully made a backport to Jaunty and the bug you mention is fixed. So far I have found another minor issue with page setup not being kept over printing sessions, but in general it seems printing is far more usable in 0.14.4 Chris
