The first message probably means that the module is in use so it can't be
removed, you can safely ignore if your up to a reboot after change the file in
the second command.
about the second error "bash: /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base: Permission denied",
are you launching the command as just one line

My symptoms don't match either of the other two bugs as have no sounds
whatsoever. Not even in the headphone socket (as some people are reporting)
Could you try the following commands and see if you get sound
afterwards.
