Here's what I've got so far: First off, my system can't see the usb drive I inserted (even after I did a cold boot). As a result, I'm unable to copy the requested logs and upload them using the laptop I'm working from now :( However, I took a look at term.log (nothing jumps out as being an issue)

After being prompted to update from 22.04 to 24.04, the upgrade went smoothly...until it didn't. Now, I'm faced with the 'white screen of death'.
