I am happy to comply Juerg Haefliger with your request for /var/log/apt/term.log and history.log unfortunately I cannot login. I am able to get to GRUB yet would like assistance to get back up and running. If there is a way to provide these logs from GRUB, I welcome your advice. Thank you!
