Frequently on Thunderbird startup, I see this error dialogue:
[Could not open address book]
There was a problem opening the address book "Ubuntu One" - the message
returned was:
Cannot open book: Could not create DesktopcouchSession object

While sqlitebrowser is running, an empty slot appears on the launcher
for it. This slot can be clicked to bring the sqlitebrowser window to
the foreground. However, the slot shows no icon.
This problem also occurs in the Alt+Tab list.
