Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Transmission Remote GUI via the Dash.
2. Wait for main window to open.
3. Switch to another window, e.g. Chrome.
4. Attempt to Alt+Tab back to Transmission Remote GUI, or click its Dash icon.

Expected behaviour: the Transmission Remote GUI main window appears and
can be used.

Actual behaviour: the main window appears briefly, then undergoes
minimise animation into the Dash icon. Subsequent attempts to restore
the window (both via Alt+Tab and via clicking the Dash icon) result in
the same minimising behaviour.

Additionally, right-clicking the Dash icon and selecting "Quit" does not
cause Transmission Remote GUI to quit. It is necessary to "killall
transgui" and then restart it to re-attain access to the main window--
albeit temporarily before the same problem re-occurs.
