Public bug reported: I have opened the Keyboard Shortcuts window and assigned Shift+F11 to the "toggle fullscreen mode" action.
If I then focus a maximisable window that doesn't use the Shift+F11 key combination for anything else, pressing that key combination does not result in the window becoming full-screen. I have tried this with Firefox, GNOME Terminal (after disabling the built-in "fullscreen mode" keyboard shortcut), Nautilus and GnuCash, all to no avail.
