The differences we are seeing between a working Desktop ubuntu image
with /var/log/installer/media-info 202408271 are that cloud-init
published 24.2 via SRU to the newer Noble image
In that SRU was a shift to when cloud-init-hotplugd.socket and cloud-

I have checked with Security Team and they advice that it is a bit late
in the cycle to make a significant change in the behaviour. Would it be
possible to obtain Feature Freeze Exception[1] for the issue if you
would like it to be included in Oracular, or resubscribe Sponsors early
in the next rel
Any update on this? It looks like it's been over a year and a half now,
we're now on mutter-46, and no progress on this bug has been made at all
(still just as broken as ever)?

There is no "Color Management" in "System Settings" after upgrade to dev
Oracular Oriole.
Seems the package "colord-kde" 23.08.5-0ubuntu4 is too old.
(Using files from Fedora 40 package colord-kde-24.08.0-1.fc40 is a workaround
as it's using similar qt6 version.)

* Click "Try Lubuntu".
* Click Applicaton Menu > Preferences > Lubuntu Update.
* Click "Check for updates".
* Observe the color of the progress bar.
Expected result: Progress bar should be blue.
