Description: Dmesg didn't report "CXL Protocol Error" after injecting
CXL Uncorrected Error.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Connect ITP from NB to the SUT.
2. Power on the SUT.
3. Press F2 to boot into System Setup.
4. Change the BIOS options for error injection.
5. Save the changes and boot into the OS.
6. Open CScripts from NB.
7. Run the command: test_socket = 0
8. Run the command: test_cxl_port = "0a"
9. Run the command: halt()
10. Inject the error: ei.mem.injectCxlError(0, "0a", "uce_mem_addr_par", 
"nonfatal", True)
11. Check the CXL memory error: cxl.cxl_cmem_err_check(0, "0a")
12. Dump the CXL IEH error: cxl.cxl_ieh_error_dump(0, "0a")
13. Run the command: itp.go()
14. Check dmesg and LC LOG


Expected:
Dmesg should report "CXL Protocol Error" after injecting CXL Uncorrected Error
