Everything seems to be ok except that you're masquerading even for
connections to your internal webpage. This is why you see the IP
address of the "proxy" box. If you exclude source addresses of
192.168.153.0/24 from your MASQ rule everything should work fine..

Is there any program which can list all the local lan hosts which are
accessing proxy server currently? I am using squid in RH 6 for proxy
server. netstat |grep proxy also shows all the list but it slow.

Windows boxes from the RH box and can access the shared folders on the RH
