Hello,
My head's becoming awfully bruised from banging it on my desk. I'm
hoping someone can help me out. I've got a redhat 9 box running
sendmail, spamassassin, and mailscanner. When I send an email from that
box to my exchange server, it works fine. Now, if I try to send mail to

quit using them about two years ago. I had their products on all of my

So I quit buying their products.

Interesting. I wonder why this server requires it whereas my workstation
does not.
Can you show me an example of what you mean that I should add in my
/etc/hosts file? I've added stuff before to the hosts file, just not a PTR
record.

Once you plug the hard drive into the system and boot it, it should show up as
/dev/hdb. You can then
mount /dev/hdb /mountpoint
and the drive will be mounted normally. If you want to mount this drive
automatically, just put an entry in /etc/fstab

Hmm... I cannot figure out why it takes about 3 seconds for the password
prompt to appear after I type in my login name.
I have a RH 9.0 workstation and it does not have this problem.
As I said before, this is a reinstall of 9.0 on this server and the
previous setup did not do this. I have not do
