I'm following this with interest, because I've had similar (but not
identical) problems with my HP 4P. In my case, printouts are blown up
several hundred times and do not fit onto the page, no matter what options
I select.

I'm running RH6.1 with stock sendmail (8.9.3-15) Any time mail would arrive

try to ping localhost. if that doesnt work, then I suspect the
installation only *appeared* to go perfect.
if it does work, there's a few things you can try.

when I rebooted and tried pinging hostnames/IP's I got "Network

you may want to try Xconfigurator or XF86Setup or xf86config, depending on
what you have installed. The mouse specific options therein are about the
same as in mouseconfig, but I think they may be handled a little
different..

that I'm using RAID1 in the kernel from a fresh Cartman install and it's
