This updates mail/cue to the latest snapshot available on the ftp server. This snapshot doesn't build with OpenSSL 1.1, but has the fixes for 1.0 in our patches. The build of this port will break with upcoming libcrypto changes. pkgsrc decided to pass --without-openssl to configure to work around
