I have been muddling through a port of Bacula 1.36.3 on AMD64, since I
did not see it in the ports tree in the first place. Although the
Bacula authors claim that only the client (File Daemon) is known to
operate on OpenBSD, I am operating the Storage Daemon and Director on

I was able to compile 1.8.2 and install with no problems at all.
I have 1.8.1 already installed, and so any of it's dependencies.
Used gmake, and configure with no options.
Hope that helps, if not show me your error on compile and I might be able
to help.
All this was on 3.7.

based on the patch at http://nightlies.mt-daapd.org/, patch-daap_c goes
into /usr/ports/audio/mt-daapd/patches and patch-Makefile to be applied
in /usr/ports/audio/mt-daapd (just updates it to p0). This updates
iTunes support to version 5. Works as advertised.

Thank you. Guess I should have researched it further. I didn't

This is a great idea. If the ports tree is found, you could parse the
makefile of the package that you're trying to install and grab the
relative path of each dependency, and in turn search their makefiles

That is an issue with the fluxbox port. You cannot install fluxbox with
