Looks like x11/fluxbox isn't neccessary to build fluxter so please replace BUILD_DEPENDS with RUN_DEPENDS. Also, I don't see $OpenBSD$ at the top of Makefile. Other ports have it so yours has to have it as well. Oh, and please do something with pkg/DESCR. Only last two lines make sense, so maybe remove others?
