I don't believe it's your machine. Just encountered the same exact
problem here (MCE boot failure) with a 9684x Genoa + Supermicro H13SSL
on Arch linux 6.14.1 kernel. Downgrading to 6.12.22 allowed the system
to boot + operate normally again. Likely points to an upstream problem
with the kernel
Rebuilding locally with after moving CONFIG_PINCTRL_SC7280 and
CONFIG_INTERCONNECT_QCOM_SC7280 to builtin was already enough to get it
to boot, rest were all loaded as module successfully.

At the end of dd-ing an image to a microSD card pretty often a lot I/O errors
occur.
For a brand new microSD card it started happening after 3 flashes of the UC24
image. When it started happening nothing was able to fix it. I tried different
USB ports, different cables, SDW
I just upgraded a Framework laptop from Ubuntu 24.04 to Ubuntu 24.10 and
then to Ubuntu 25.04. I did
